With no fewer than 13 speakers onboard, this flagship Sony soundbar has little trouble in filling your room with sound. Not content with this, however, Sony’s innovative 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology uses sophisticated algorithms to create phantom speakers all around your room, reflecting the sound in such a way as to make you feel surrounded by sound.
Optional rear speakers optimise 360 Spatial Sound to its full potential
You can take 360 Sound Mapping to its full potential by adding wireless rear speakers. Add the optional SA-RS3S or RS5S rear speakers and the phantom speaker count increases from five to 11, giving a heightened feeling of being at the centre of the action.

For clarity and a full-bodied sound, the Sony BRAVIA Theatre Bar 9 comes equipped with new 2-way speakers. Although the BRAVIA Theatre Bar 9 features quad subwoofers built-in, for bass that you can really feel, you can upgrade with the optional SA-SW3 or SA-SW5 subs.
