Punches, kicks, elbows and knees, the BodyMax Boxing Opponent can take all the punishment you can throw at it. By simulating the upper body of a boxing opponent, you can plan striking combinations accurately and run drills on a realistic model. The flexible spring system can assist in reaction and coordination training as you cycle punching routines.
STURDY BASE
The BodyMax Boxing Opponent’s base can be filled with sand or water to form a sturdy base capable of resisting your hardest hits. Filled with water, the base weighs 110kg, but if you need extra security, you can fill the base with sand for 130kg of weight. With a base diameter of 53cm, you are able to work the bag up close and at range without issue.
EASY SETUP
The BodyMax Boxing Opponent is quick and easy to set up. Once the base is filled, three interlocking parts secured by bolts are placed on top. Place the torso on top, and you’re ready to fight! The punch bag has three adjustable heights between 160cm and 186cm to vary your technique.
