  • Unwanted returns accepted within 14 days of receipt only if goods are in resalable condition and using prepaid labels. Customer must post within 5 days of label receipt.
  • Returns over 30kg may require pallet collection with additional charges; customers may return at own cost if preferred.
  • No unwanted returns after 14 days except for faulty items.
  • Faulty items under 1 year require registration with the manufacturer first; if the manufacturer mandates, we will arrange returns and repairs or replacements.
